1. How can I register?
The process is very simple. At the “Registration” site area fill in the requested form and next you will receive a registration confirmation SMS at your mobile. The confirmation SMS includes the activation PIN which you are required to enter at your first login to our service.


2. Is registration free?
Registration at YourSMS is free. Moreover for every new client’s registration we offer 10 free credits for so you can try YourSMS's services.
In order to have full access to t services you should proceed with credit package purchase.

3. What is a “credit”?
Credit is YourSMS’s charging unit. Delivery cost in credits per SMS depends on the message’s recipient initial provider.

4. What is the equivalent of 1 credit in Euros?
The rate between credits and Euros (€) can be found at the Price list. The larger the credit package you purchase, the lower the price per credit you get.

5. How can I buy credits?
You can buy credits online any time you like, 24-7. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card, Bank Account deposit or Funds Transfer. For further information about payment options press here.

6. Is there a deadline in order to use my credits?
There is no deadline in order to use your credits. You can use them whenever you want.

7. Are my transactions and personal details safe?
Your transactions are safe since the site uses a SSL Certificate. No one will publish your personal details to third party.

8. What is the SSL protocol?
SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) was designed to offer security during the transmission of sensitive information at the Internet between a user and a web site. With the term “sensitive information” we mean user details like telephone numbers, credit card numbers etc. SSL uses encryption methods for data exchanging between two devices (usually PCs), establishing a secure connection over the Internet. The link (URL) to a web site that uses SSL protocol starts with “https://” instead of “http://”.

9. I don’t have particular technical knowledge. Is it easy for me to use the platform?
The platform’s design was mader with the client in mind, regardless of the level of his/her technical knowledge. For you ease there is a user’s manual.

10.  Is there a minimum number of messages that should be sent in a single dispatch?
No there is no minimum number of messages that should be sent in one dispatch. You define the number of messages that will be sent every time, according to your needs.

11. Can I use different senders' names for every new SMS delivery?
You can use a different sender’s name in order to serve your company’s or organization’s needs. YourSMS offers the option of multiple “originators” creation under one single account.
This feature is not active before any credit package purchase.
In order to activate for the first time the multiple originators feature you need to contact us so that our technical team makes the necessary adjustments.

12. What is “Name Day Calendar”?
“Name Day Calendar” is a YourSMS service that informs you every day for the current name days in the Greek Calendar. In order to be able to access the “Name Day Calendar” you must login to your account.
Soon you will have the option of getting notified by SMS about the current name days, after registering with YourSMS.

13. How can I check my account’s statement?
By accessing YourSMS you can check your account’s statement and thus have an overview of your SMS campaigns.

14. Can I use YourSMS from my mobile phone (Smartphone, iPhone) if it has Internet connectivity?
You can access YourSMS from your mobile phone’s web browser (e.g Opera, Firefox). YourSMS will soon offer an application for mobile phones and tablets using iOS and Android Operating Systems. This application will be offered free of charge.

15.  Can I send SMS messages to foreign numbers?
The platform supports global SMS coverage.

16. If I have many brands under one company do I have to create as many accounts as my brands?
If you have one company under which you have many brands you should create one “master account” and then create as many subaccounts (originators) you need for your brands. You can purchase credit packages only though the master account so that you can have full control of your cost and credit use per brand.
